Not everyone who buys a lottery ticket is a degenerate. On the other hand, degenerates buy other things in places where minors are employed.

Since they are employed as sellers of lottery and they are not purchasing any lottery its ok. But what isn't ok is exposing a minor to the degenerate element.

I've been seeing many lotto booths having young teenagers (about 15-17 years old) working for them and selling lottery tickets. Now over here in British Columbia the legal age of buying a lottery ticket is 19 years or older.

I'm just wondering, how old do you have to be in order to work in a lottery ticket centre and if it's illegal for these teenagers to be selling lottery tickets
