			<description><![CDATA[<p>I absolutely agree, particularly because Powerball hypes its smaller jackpot by time graduation of the annuity. Mega pays equal installments.<br /><br />The annuities are, I note, invested in government securities which may not be worth a dime in 30 years.<br /><br />With the higher odds, the Powerball jackpot has the lowest expectation value ever.</p>]]></description>

For example the present PowerBall jackpot is advertised as being larger than the MegaMillions jackpot but the cash value of the MegaMillions jackpot is actually larger but every website that advertises those jackpots also show their cash value. Both Powerball and Mega Millions have the cash value on their official websites.<br /><br />Then why not advertise an annuity paid over a billion years? Then they can advertise any amount they want.<br /><br />90% of people take the cash value. That is what should be advertised.
