			<description><![CDATA[<p>I keep an excel file of over 1200 drawings that shows what position each number has played. I break the numbers down into groups of decades; 1-9 are singles; 10-19 are teens, and so on. Each decade plays most often in a particular position; singles mostly in the first position naturally, and so on. I play $1 each drawing. Same numbers every night. Why? Because most of the time only 2 numbers will come in and I still win $2. More importantly, the jackpot is not very impressive.
