			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am doubting what is going on.<br /><br />The first week Powerball was available in Florida, the amount of ticket sales broke PB records.<br /><br />It is also the largest PB state. If you check the US Census Bureau, the four most populous states in the country are California, Texas, New York and Florida is a close 4th. Florida has a lot more people this time of year too because of tourism and also snowbirds, those who live here in the winter.
