I read a weekend post on LP some one said they have been playing S.C P3 for a couple of months and had never won. Most of the time I play only Ga. midday. But as a project I am taking on S.C. midday this week. Maybe we can find some hits for this winless person.

I don't know the budget of this person so I will start with about 20 numbers and filter down the same numbers to as low as I can. Play the most you can play on your budget.
