The 321 Combo has hit in New Jersey at least 3 - 4 times within the past 6 months but it hasnt hit in NY in over 8 months.... 213 was the winning # for NJ Pick 3 tonight (3/29/09). I agree, I just love finding whats HOT COLD and then watching them flip! And normally once I catch on that a number is HOT, its run is done. And when I start thinking a cold number is gonna turn hot I am normally WAY too early in the turn.

That's a good question. Over time(a long long time) everything should become balanced out and even, or equal.So I would say the cold ones will catch up, but I dont think I can wait that long.
