			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well that&#x27;s one reason some people take the money over 20 years. Once relatives know you don&#x27;t have all that money at once they should come to their senses and realize things haven&#x27;t changed all that much.<br /><br />I don&#x27;t think really poor people have the wherewithal to look up lottery winners to ask for money, but scammers likely make it their business to get that info weekly and mail out their letters like contest entries in the hope of connecting with a sucker. Actually, I really haven&#x27;t read about kidnapping for ransom in newspaper.<br /><br />Still, there are people out there who will try their best to extort rich people.
