New generic avatars

Note to everybody if you had an avatar before and it is gone or changed. Then you might want to go to your personal settings and update it.

When Todd did his last major overhaul my avatar was gone when i logged into lottery post. I simply went to my settings and re loaded it.

It's in the blue menu bar under options.

I like the new generic avatars. I think it's better then blank space. Maybe this will push members who don't have one, to use one of the avatars available or make one of their own.

Even with the new avatar, all the new members or those without an avatar will have the same ones and the same problem will occur. The best thing to do is look at the name

I think it is harder to keep track since I usually relied on the avatar, rather than the person's name.
