			<description><![CDATA[<p>Using small pools of numbers is an advantage only if most or all the winning numbers are in it but that seldom happens. Having three of the winning numbers in a pool of 12 for MegaMillions or PowerBall is quite an accomplishment as attested to by the Maddog&#x27;s challenges.</p>]]></description>
