			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just venturing a guess, it looks to me like the results from the Gail Howard B Chart. Taking the numbers from the last ten draws and wheeling them. That part of the theory works in the sense all five numbers come up in less then 59 numbers in the last ten draws often enough to be interesting. The slide bar for the combinations to play looks like a fair sized wheel mostly not visable.
