			<description><![CDATA[<p>Try out this system and let us know how often your state hits.<br /><br />In Pick 3, use the number 3 in each possition.<br /><br />3-H-L<br /><br />L-3-H<br /><br />L-H-3<br /><br />Then for pick 4.<br /><br />4-H-L-H<br /><br />L-4-H-H<br /><br />H-H-4-H<br /><br />L-H-H-4<br /><br />Would need to lock the 3 for pick 3, and 4 for pick 4 in its place, then pick the remaining numbers and fill them in.<br /><br />L = 0,1,2,3,4 (dont reuse 3 for pick 3, you can reuse 4 for pick 4 to get doubles)<br /><br />H = 5,6,7,8,9</p>]]></description>
