31 was a good key digit. A good key digit i found usually shows within 3 draws, anything after that is usually a waiting game which I consider to be up to 10 draws, then just drop the digit. I have another digit for us NYers to keep watch for.

Well, no 18 last night...still have 5 more draws to see it possibly show. I see two more patterns emerging, digits 25 and 31. So I'll just write it like this:

Key Digit Draws Remaining

18 5

25 5

31 8

I don't see too many results that have all key numbers together so a player would just pick 1 key number and use it with their other lucky numbers.

Hey bashley, actually what i'm following are patterns of past results that i noticed one day. It has nothing to do with a digit being out long or anything like that. One thing i can say is that the key digit that i get can usually take up to 10 draws to show but I have also seen it come out the next draw or within 3 draws. Interesting idea, how 'long' does a digit need to go missing before you will tag it as the 'one' to pick

NY Take 5 results: 7-15-31-33-34

Well the digit 7 finally showed on the fourth draw and minus the digits that i mentioned. I'll have to keep an eye on this technique to see if it is consistant. Still would have to figure out which other numbers to play with the key digit.

39 choose 5 is 575,757, to start.

Sticking to your lock number and holding back 4 leaves you with choosing 4 from 34. 34 choose 4 = 46,376.

here's an example for NY Take 5:

I like the digit 7, I wouldn't use the digits 6-10-21-37 with it.

That would be for the next 4 draws.

Say you had a number that you were pretty sure was going to show say within the next 5 to 10 draws and also had an idea of at least 4 numbers that were NOT going to show along with your predicted number, how would you go along and play since you already eliminated 5 numbers out of 39? Now of course, keep it reasonable as if being a daily pick 5 player.
