When you wheel a combo you are playing all str8's with those 3 numbers.Example to wheel 123 you play 123 132 231 213 312 321 a dollar bet is $6 on a $1 bet.

You can also wheel doubles 112 121 211 $1 bet is $3

Something I noticed in the Oklahoma Pick 3 is that I recently started tracking a 3 digit string of numbers that played in a weeks play. These are 3 numbers of which at least one of the numbers played in one of the draws during the week. In the last 5 weeks of play one of the numbers in the string played on the first day of play for the next week. This will give you a key number for at least the first play of the week. I don't know it this one can be backed up nationwide, but I still say two doubles in a row bring a 3rd a lot of the time. This is when drawings are tracked separate.

I have been a faithful follower of that every since I seen Win D post it.....it is one of my favorite all time posts I have read on LP

If I remember correct.... Win D presented it like this :

The 3 or the 6......like to hit ( or touch )

( 1 ) The day before the 0 hits

( 2 ) The day of the 0 hit

( 3 ) The day after the 0 hits

I have watched it for a LONG time now.......holds true more times than not

Advice is often based on perspective. Someone tracking midday to midday and evening to evening may be viewing a very different game from someone tracking midday to evening. Does a double often follow a double or skip a draw can have more then one answer depending on how you view the game.

This is the Sums Degree of Certainty chart, he also has one for Play 4. The values below the percentages are the skips. What the chart is showing is for Sum 9, you have a 95% degree of certainty when Sum 9 is at 53 skips.

When you think about it .....what it's actually saying ...... is..... a little to broad to bet on. For me anyway.

Sorry sherita .... but .... there is only a 1 n 3 chance of a Double/or Series following each other. So ..... it is a good Most of the time rule anyway. If we just turn it around .

Just as an example.... Ga eve had 96 doubles in the last 365 draws .....and only 28 % of them followed another .....which is just a touch over the normally expected rate.

There are good to know rules in Pick- 3 that you can really count on .... Most of the time rules .

Here are a couple of rules that are real ......and have proved themselves ....... Most of the time in Pick 3 .

1. Most of the time.... a digit will repeat from the previous draw!

2. Most of the time... a digit from the previous draw will not repeat on top of it self.

3. Most of the time... a double will not use a digit from the previous double.
