Has it ever occurred to you that KY's pick 3 game is slightly different than TN's Cash 3 game. One thing KY has going for it is a $600 Straight $1 payout. In fact, all prize levels are higher than TN and your beloved GA. Unfortunately, Tennessee doesn't release the number of winners like KY does. Comparing Kentucky to Tn not ga (as I said) Ga is not in the equation without a doubt TN PAYOUTS WERE MUCH LOWER FOR SOME REASON IN THE MONTH OF MAY WITH MORE REPEAT #S than any other state....hands down! I agree that the payouts average about the same in Tennessee as they did since they switched from ball drawings to RNG drawings. I spent a whole afternoon copying and pasting and calculating 2006 payouts for cash 3 with 2008 cash 3 payouts because someone else continuously said that Tenn payouts were lousy as compared to when they had ball drawings.

In 2009 they might be a little lower but i think that has to do with the fact that people aren't buying as many lottery tickets with the economy... [ More ]

I just looked at Nebraska's Pick 3 payout for the last draw. It was a little over $3500. Tennessee's payout for last night's cash 3 was $35,000. It's certainly no where close to the $281,000 payout in GA. However, there are more players in GA than Tennessee... More players in Tennessee than Nebraska... I don't know if it is the same with Tn or not, but here on Tx for the pick 3 game the payouts have been about the same (average within limits) for years and years, that is since I started to look at them (On and Off every so often), that tells me that no more people are winning now than there where any time before for years and years.

In some way or other, the payouts always average about the same (more and less), that control appears to be very tight and allows the state to make their money... [ More ]

HA HA... You crack me up... Players have emailed and complained about the drawings... The only way TN will ever change is if they start losing money. (i.e. Stay in GA) As for scratch offs... I personally think they are some of the best in the Nation. Just because you've not had any luck doesn't mean others have not... Just saying...

There is a small straight pattern. After a number appeared it will re-visit between 3 - 12 days average in its exact order.

1 Apr 3 days later 3 Apr - 733

9 Apr 12 days later 21 Apr - 947

11 Apr 10 days later 22 Apr - 758

Keep a log of the average repeats of str hits for expected repeat.

It is all a matter of:

Do you want to keep your money or Do you want to donate it?

The pay outs show that most people who play don't win.

I don't know if it is even a pattern. Too many repeats, for instance 1 Apr and 3 Apr - 733; 9 Apr and 21 Apr - 947; 11 Apr and 22 Apr - 758. Hard to do anything with this.
