If you split doubles into almost Half ....... 51 on one side ........and 48 on the other .....then it will break down like this.

51 doubles have either a digit zero or one in them !

48 doubles have NO digit zero or one in them !

Each of those groups should hit every 3 or 4 draws .......but

The 48 doubles that have no Digit 0 or 1 .........have not hit in 11 draws ......until today.
