Thanks for responding how do you figure out what the 220 boxed are, is there a way?. Other then doing it on paper is their a list somewhere out their.

Say you like the digit 2 in one of the 4 digit positions; there are 1000 different combinations. (1) X (10) X (10) X (10). And there are 220 boxed combinations.

If you have one key number, How many pick 4 numbers can be created having that one digit. and is their any program out their that produce somthing like that.
