Yesterday's draw 05/09/2009 Draw 2: 01-05-16-25-26

I had 01-03-16-25-34. Won $12 on first attempt, in less that 1 week I already have a match3, I have only achieved 1 match 3 for Powerball for the entire year. Maybe this is going to be my game.

I'm definitely going to play, need to start a spreadsheet and start tracking results. Its definitely in between WildCard 2 (5/31) and Hot Lotto(5/39). Even Hot Lotto only pays out $10,000 for match 5. I don't like the bonus ball games because that is where the house odds really out favor the player. I only play powerball because the 5 match is $200,000 and when I really feel lucky I play the PowerPlay option hoping for the million. I didn't see any advertisments either. I only found out about it because I was checking some tickets of mine at the Idaho lottery site. I am going to drop Hot Lotto and Wild Card 2 for a bit and try my hand at this game. Since it is $2.00 a play I can't play as much but since you get two lines it's basically just like playing two lines for a buck each. I really like the fact that they have two drawings and both lines are entered into both drawings. I do think the jackpot could start a bit higher... [ More ]

The progressive jackpot only jumped by $113 after 3 days so it didn't get off to a rousing start if that is any indication of play. Still I think I'm going to like this game better than Wildcard 2. Wildcard is 5/31 with bonus 1/16. Payout on 5 match is only $5000. On the other hand you get 2 picks for $1. Match 4 for Wildcard 2 only pays $20 which is really low. Awesome I just got back from Malad placing my lines for tomorrow's powerball. I didn't notice the play slips but I wasn't really looking it. I live in SLC. I'm currently working on a system for Florida Fantasy 5 with is a 5/36 ball system. With double draws daily I will get alot of draws to sample into my system at double the rate !!!. Thanks! I think I will give it a go. I do like the fact, that if you match two numbers you get $2 back. There have been many times where I would play a game and get two numbers and not get anything, so that is kind of nice.

Sound like a fun game. Give it a try, back-to-back for $2 is like playing with $1 for one draw. $20,000 prize is quite small but I hope the jackpot rolls if there was no winner from the previous draw. Good luck

I've been waiting forever for our state to get a Pick 5 game and we finally did. Although, it is a bit different from other games.
