			<description><![CDATA[<p>We&#x27;ve been asked not to discuss it here. It gets complicated and different laws apply depending on where you are even though this is an international forum. Do some people here play Pick-3 online? Yes. Does it pay better? Yes. Is there greater risk then playing local? Yes, unless you count the trip to the store. Here in South Florida we had the baggy pants bandit holding up several 7/11&#x27;s a day for weeks, you didn&#x27;t want to be there when it was happening.<br /><br />BobP</p>]]></description>
