I gave it my best try Saturday with 30 custom picked lines and matched 3 twice for $4 and that was the best I've done with that game in a while. Even though winning its jackpot is suppose to be easier than winning MM jackpot, winning a couple of bucks playing it seems a lot harder than with MM.

I don't know if I'm up for trying that again. Good luck to you.

I know the overall odds of winning anything in the Ohio Classic Lotto are 1:53.6 and for MegaMillions are 1:39.8, but I just didn't realize I would notice that much difference when I played.

Looks like it rolled again.

I've also noticed I'm not getting as many matches as I do with MM. I can't really explain this considering the way the matrix is set up. Maybe since I'm not playing as much per draw (I usually spend $3 for each MM ticket I get, and only $1-2 for each Classic ticket, mostly because there are 3 drawings a week instead of 2).

Weird. It could mean that a winning pick is imminent, or this could go on another nine months.

One more roll and this game could be setting a new record. I switched from MegaMillions to play it and I can't even get a match3 ($2) anywhere near as easy as I got 0+1 ($2) with MM. I'll be trying it again Monday.

I believe the Largest jackpot was $24.6 Million

on July 2, 2008

Do any of you fellow Ohio people (or anyone else, for the matter) know what the record jackpot is for Ohio's Classic Lotto game? I believe the JP now stands at $23.2 million and it has been rolling over for at least 7 months.
