			<description><![CDATA[<p>For some strange reason I am addicted to these tickets. They are pretty much sold out everywhere. I find myself stepping into every retailer I see asking for these soon to be completely extinct tickets. I have bought a hundred at least. The most I have ever won on these wonderfully fleeting scratchers is $50.00. I am always on the lookout for new locations with the RED HOLIDAY CASHWORD still in stock. I live in Manhattan on the west side. If anyone in NY knows of any retailer with these elusive</p>]]></description>
