Hello there play4keeps, after you have done the filtering, perhaps look at what Vtrac(s) have not hit the state in the last week or so. The 809 is from the V145 in combination that trac had not appeared in DC since:

Tue, May 19, 2009 Washington, D.C. Midday Lucky Numbers 3-5-4

the 809 is the mirror. Make sure you keep track of when the mirrors appear because you will then see about how many days it will take to appear in a particular state.

I'm gonna give this another go, since my last post on VA did pretty good ....OK.

For the last 6 Day Draws...the three missing digits have been.....2-8-9.

Also, for the last 11 draws....0-6-9...have been in every draw. That number 9...don't really know what to do with that fellow...he has been out for six draws, so, maybe I'll just let him stay.
