			<description><![CDATA[<p>The complete drawing history for New York Numbers (Pick 3) and Win 4 is now online for viewing, searching, statistics, etc.<br /><br />Previously, the results database went back to Jan. 1, 1997 for both games. Now, the database includes every result back to the first drawing of each game, which was Sept. 2, 1980 for Numbers, and July 21, 1981 for Win 4.
