			<description><![CDATA[<p>Here in IL 4 out of 5 pays $100. If there&#x27;s no 5/5 winner the money rolls over and I&#x27;ve seen the jackpot hit a million a few times. Great if you can hit all 5 but for 4 numbers I like your system better.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t think it&#x27;s a great idea. I&#x27;ve seen the 4 out of 5 hit as high as 1200 bucks. Also, you do have to pay taxes, even though it&#x27;s not enforced. Any gambling win is taxable and has to be reported.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday, a friend at work told me about the cap they put on 4 out of 5 rolldown. They maxed it out at 555 bucks.<br /><br />I went to their site but couldn&#x27;t find a reason why they did this. I think it&#x27;s despicable.<br /><br />Anyone know why they would do this other than the obvious? Saving money</p>]]></description>
