The possible combinations of 10 with 20 numbers are 184756. You need to search for a free Lottery or Keno calculator on the web.

If you are trying to have all the possible combinations of 10 in 20 numbers without repeating a digit then you are talking about 2 combinations of 10's, one with the first 10 numbers and one with the other 10 numbers.
