I am sorry easy there is not, I do it all by hand. I just put it in Excel to make it look nice.

The only thing I have formulated is the order of the digits once I gather all the info I want to use for a certain state.

Yes, of course. I tend to forget there is a constant influx of new members here that may not understand what I am doing.

Generally on late Sunday nights or early Monday mornings I do a chart if time allows. The charts will be good for a whole week.

Since GA eve hit this evening I will do a new chart so I can show you an example of what I am doing.
