I need your help....

I dreamt me and two associates were pregnant but had trouble giving birth and the doctor gave us one by one needles to induced labour. And one by one each person gave birth to healthy babies until it came to my turn, nothing was happening. In the dream someone said what's wrong with you, why havent you given birth? I said I dont know and looked down, when I did my stomach was flat, like I had never been pregnant and I woke up, very depressed actually.
