I would skip every 3 numbers like 3,9,12,27,31,34 or 37,40,43,46,50,53 I don't know just a thought

I would split it from 1-28 (low) and 29-56 (high).

And then, because of the way I am, I would section them off into smaller divisions, such as 1-9, the teens, the 20's, the 30's, the 40's, and of course a smaller one for the 50's. There are all kinds of ways to split it up.
