VERY good example on how to make money on pick 3!! Once you narrow it down to where you KNOW you can hit on a consistent basis you can up your bets. I am close, I hit winning streaks then go cold. So I am trying to figure out what causes (or what I am missing) the cold streaks.

I like the mention of 'low bet amount' I think that is the key.

I see that you are fairly new to the forum. The best place to check for any winners is the predictions area. If you are looking for your specific location you can search for that there as well.

As far as winning, I am sure many here do win here and there. The most important thing to do if you are playing the lottery, pick a method of how you will play, stick to that method. Check my stats again in 30 days.

I have been filtering out winners lately. Working on that situation. Have been trying to keep my plays to 10 or less.
