Little Lotto is now a 5/39 game with a progressive jackpot that starts at $100,00 and rolls over until it's hit. It has been over $1,000,000 a few times, not bad for a pick 5 game.

It used to be a 5/ 30 game and you had to have 3 numbers to get paid anything. Back then 3 numbers paid $5, 4 numbers was parimutuel, and the jackpot, 5 of 5 was parimutuel, too. Here's a payoit from 2003:

hi ca-dreamin,

it's all luck what you play and how much you spend on buying tickets, people have won on a single game and i've heard people spend a lot on games and still no win?? i want enough to retire, i don't need millions but enough to invest and live on the interest thus keeping my capital invested, actually enough to pay the morgage off would be ok too! then life would be so much easier,lol!

Yeah I prefer to play Little Lotto because there's only 39 balls and you only have to pick 5 but if your a serious lotto player and don't mind the challenge of more numbers to work with, at two plays for a dollar you could certainly play alot more lines to try and capture a win. LOL I need to read that one again and ask myself why I'm not playin' Lotto!

thanks for the advice, i played the lotto once before and noticed you get two games for your dollar, i may try going back to lotto even though you need more numbers to win having double the games sounds like better odds to me?

Welcome to Illinois! LOL AKA Hellsville! Sorry I'm in Chicago and this is SOOOO not California.

Little Lotto is the game I prefer to play but for a dollar you get 2 plays on Lotto 6/52 (you need to hit at least 3 numbers to win)

The best odds would be pick 3 and the odds go up by game type.

Whatever you are best at figuring out winners on.

hi jap69, thanks for the link mate! I couldn't find the payouts anywhere, just checked my ticket from monday's little lotto and i won a huge! $1 lol!
