I suppose that might be possible, but I've never seen a game where the prize pools weren't a percentage of sales. Fewer people playing seems like the logical explanation, especially with PB having been added recently.

It could be plenty of people are playing but winning so many lower tier prizes that little is left to add to the jackpot.

I'm assuming the Florida Lottery rollover is low because people aren't playing? It went from 3 to 5 and now 7 million instead of 3 to 6 to 9. Is that the only factor that influences a rollover amount? It's going to take it forever to get to a point where i will go down and buy more tickets now, but maybe that's a good thing
