			<description><![CDATA[<p>In order for that to be available, the MUSL people would have to stream the video to the Web an idea I have been writing about for a couple of years now but streaming is a lot different and more complex than just posting the drawing video after the fact.<br /><br />I&#x27;m not aware of any government lottery the streams to the Web currently.
