			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wheels are nice if you have the winning numbers in your pool. For 4 number wheel you need at least 6 numbers or more to be effective. At least 8. Wheeling randonly works, but if you optimize the wheel based on the behaviors from your game, there is a huge advantage towards that.<br /><br />To find the behavior of the game, you would need to look at it closely before placing the wheels where it can roll smoothly.</p>]]></description>
