Disregard the Edit in my last post. I just checked the game before it and that one has the $5M jackpot. I didn't realize there was such a small jump in prize amounts between games.

Looks like you sent me this same message in a private message too. I'm not sure what you're getting at, since I do not offer a service to sell past data.

But since you ask, I'm wondering where you're coming from, since there is an entire industry dedicated to selling historical data. Are all of these businesses wrong for selling data? Maybe I'm just not understranding your point.

I use the megamillions history in the drawn order mainly. Ascending only occasionally.

Selling the information--I'm not sure is a good Idea. Perhaps getting it free with membership would be okay ---If you get the information in either way in a text or word files.

I wonder about eecheng82's date of Feb 6,1996 for the start of BigGame. My file starts Sep 6,1996 which I thought was accurate and Michigan lottery website supposedly have all the BigGame drawings and their data only goes back to Sep 6,1996 like mine.

Unfortunately, the jackpot data does not go back to the first drawing of The Big Game, although the results do. I have an on-going quest for the remainder of the jackpot data, and I think I'll have it soon, but it is not available from a reliable online source that I am aware of.

Based on e-mails received from this person, I believe they are simply trying to get my data for a web site they are building, or something like that. Paying $7.95 is a very cheap way for that person to get a lot of d... [ More ]

Todd has downloaded all the history for every version of the powerball and mega millions drawing since the inception of the games.

Can someone with Platinum membership tell me how far back the Jackpot History for Powerball and Mega Millions go? I will be happy to purchase the membership, but I would like to know how much data they have.

For example, does Jackpot History for Mega Millions go back to Feb 6, 1996 or June 20, 2000? How about Jackpot History for Powerball? Specific dates will be really helpful.

I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.
