			<description><![CDATA[<p>I voted other. I would have added police, fire fighters, and public libraires to the list.<br /><br />I once wrote the Illinois lottery about somethinglike this. I suggested such a list on the playslip or back of the ticket,<br /><br />Should my $1 not win, I&#x27;d like it to go to......... .<br /><br />They replied and said it wasn&#x27;t possible to fdo that. I say baloney, the technology exists.<br /><br />Ironically though, now Illinois has scratchers for MS research, Veterans, a few others.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Education seems to be a major player with lotteries as far as the majority of revenue is allocated to. I&#x27;d be curious to see the selection LP members would make had they picked their ideal way of using the revenue given the choice.</p>]]></description>
