			<description><![CDATA[<p>I checked the NY play 3 past history for 2000, 2001 here at Lottery Post and I don&#x27;t see 911 hitting there during September. However, as I recalled living next door in DE, it did hit in NJ in September 2001. I looked up that history and it did hit straight , 911 on Sept. 4 I think it was. The payout was $233 for a .50 cent straight bet. The box paid $77.50 for a .50 cent bet. From Jan. 2000 to May 2008, 911 has hit 8 times in NJ and the average payout has been $221.93. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ohio like other states have a cap on all its games that aren&#x27;t pari-mutual. Pick3 and Pick4 come up all the time when a lot of players want to play the same numbers. The only other one that ever came up was a few years ago when there were more than 10 Buckeye5 tickets that matched 5of5 for $100K. When i got off of work at 4 pm I&#x27;d go there and he&#x27;d tell me the hot number for the day I&#x27;d buy it.<br /><br />Pepper Triples and quads can sell out in a lot of states for midday and evening drawings before noon. Maybe it was 911 or something.<br /><br />Remember a couple of years or so ago when a college team won a championship, or a big upset, I think it was Ohio state. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>New York has such a cap on pay-outs and I agree. I would much rather the state adopt a plan simular to the state of New Jersey, which is to pay out on a pari-mutual basis. The winners are divided into the prize pool, the only draw back to this is that you can get and do get lower payouts some days then others.<br /><br />The cap is in place so as not to bankrupt the state on the daily numbers games. If I am not mistaken there is a five million dollar cap on the payouts per day.
