			<description><![CDATA[<p>I usually go on the website 1st and check the numbers; then scan it using the little scanners but sometimes they aren&#x27;t working and you cannot verify the ticket; for example tonight my dad bought a QP - Fantasy 5 with 4 winning numbers which I verify on-line and told him in advance the exact amount of the winning ticket,so when he redeems it, he&#x27;ll know the correct amount and the scanner should show the same amount as well. But in California they have little scanners in every store where you can check your lottery tickets to see if you&#x27;ve won or not.<br /><br />I&#x27;ve heard from some people that these are unreliable and I should always check the numbers myself.<br /><br />Any thoughts on this</p>]]></description>
