Hi Jake, I seen your post this morning and decided to play 9699, I live in Michigan, I seen 9 6 9 and then the 8 instead of the 9 i am so hurt..

i had 9699 and it came 9698.

Oh, to have been a fly on the wall with a camera on Thurs afternoon. After this thread reminded me of advice I know but often ignore about flipping 6's and 9's, I was inspired and played 666 and 999 and 6666. So, I'm away from the computer and have only my cell and call the DE Lottery hotline for the day results. I have the speakerphone on, going about my business waiting for all the nonsense to clear out when the 4 digit is announced. I hear 6 and dismiss it, 6 and ears perk up a little, 6 and... [ More ]

Although, 9's I have tinkered with in PA in the past....hmm.

Dreams of driving on a bridge that kept being overrun by water but driving seemingly effortlessly without any problem - it was exhilerating.
