			<description><![CDATA[<p>Tested my system&#x27;s numbers against those states that draw on Sunday 08/16/2009 and only hit IA, IL and Mich.<br /><br />The three out of four came in just fine, but the forth digit kept being one up or one down in many cases. I don&#x27;t know why the expected percentages didn&#x27;t come in.
