It always amazes me how numbers are a digit off here and there from mid to eve in allstates(and alot of times)within someones own state.Just using my perception of what a few of the hot numbers have been in allstates,I jotted 3 scenarios of +1 -1 +1 and applied the popular numbers to em...Most of the results should look familiar...It's prolly not a revelation to the elders here but was an eye opener for me...
