My brother dreamed I had a baby boy

My brother who works in Switzerland call me this morning to let me know he dreampt last night that I had a baby boy. He said it felt so real and he thought to himself that it was so nice because my only child who is a 5 year old girl will finally have some company. When he work up, then he realize it was a dream, but he thought it was for real.

Can someone assist me with this dream please because I really need some cash. It is also my brother's birthday today.
