Probably. When I first started the testing with the $1,500 stake, I lost several times early and nearly lost my seed money.

I know that if you are winning more than 50% of the time with online play you will turn a profit.

Yes - the profit is $504 when you win $900 in online play.

You really have to watch your game as Paurth said earlier. You are correct as you would have to filter more numbers out for offline play in order to hit a profit.

If you played online you would have made $1,080 profit for the same time period.

I am going to try playing around with this in NC. If you stopped when you were not hitting till it started hitting again couldn't you cut your losses even more therefore increase your overall profit ? Like say after so many non hits you stop playing watch it. Opinions would this not help

Question, is the profit $504.00 after you remove the $396.00 it cost to buy the tickets or is your actual profit $108.00? I don't know what the payout for a streight win is in Florida. Is the pay out $900.00 for a streight win. In Ontario it varies between $350.00 $700.00 and my back testing over 20 games gave 10 wins 10 losses for a loss of $2745.20 after removal of the $396.00 to purchase the tickets. I don't know what level of sophistication the program can handle, only its maker and seller would know its limits.

Questions would have to be directed mostly to the maker and seller.

I have seen it and used it just a few times, but in the old regular way, as it can also be used as a regular filtered wheeler also, more or less.

It is 1 or 2 steps above the LotSoft FreeWheeler.

But in this case, it is far from being free.

The part that changes is that you need to input some past draws into it, the rest stays the same.

It has to work on the past draws that you put into it, if that is how you set it up and you should.

As to the other questions, only by email, not P.M. only email.

Just like a program where you input past draws into it and then it gives a prediction, but in this case you control how the prediction is done.

I take it that this software could be setup so that I could put together a script that would (for example) filter out triples and doubles, then filter out specific sums, then filter all evens and then keeps combinations that contain a specific pair say or specific numbers. I could then save this script and call it up at any time.

No there is no software for either of them here on the U.S.A as far as I know, I have not seen any, but in other countries, maybe, I don't know.

The Mega Lines would or might be a bigger problen than the Quiniela.

By the way, Mexico has a kind of Mega Lines game, I think that it is called Gato (Cat).

It is almost the same as the Mega Lines.

Well the software is already out-there, but it does not make automatic prediction by itself and it is not that smart either nor that flexible.

What it does do is run Filters Prediction Scripts at least some of them and to some degree.

They can be reused as many times as a person wants to as they can be saved and then reloaded into the program.

It saves time, but doing that gives the prediction a static element, I am not sure, but I think that it lacks basic logic, kind of like: If, or,

Hmmm, I kind of like that idea.

I would envision some software taking all the combinations of filters and backtesting them automatically for your state and spitting out the combination that resulted in the most wins.

Make is robust enough that it would consider and test combinations that we would not normally think of.

Or make the interface robust enough that the user could pick combinations of filters and run them against some past draws.

Some stuff might work best than the rest, it would be hard to BLOCK all of the filters patterns out.

Take into account that often with Doubles, they tend to follow each other.

1 double might mean another to come out right next after it, it happens with other states also.

2 or 3 Doubles in sequence, might mean that a Single with come out next time.

The above at least on those mixed draws did.

Overall, a very good filter for Iowa maybe , but not for Indiana.

If there was a win at least every 3 to 4 draws for either the Doubles or the Singles then the progression betting would not be so bad.

Oh yeah! IN Midday lately is running heavy on the doubles. In the last 60 days 34% of the draws have been double.

For the last year though, it is normal at 27%. If this keeps up there will soon be a balancing string of straights coming due.

Now that is a good example of why backtesting a potential filter is so critical!

In this particular case, the pattern has so few variations that repeats are going to happen - a lot. Backtesting proved this out. You might be able to surmise when conditions are just right so you can use this filter safely like immediately after a string of doubles or some other indicator.

As I said, beware of mistakes, my eyes are not as they used to be.

I wanted to do Indiana, but picked Ia instead by mistake!

The Low-Middle-High ARE other filterS, not the same as this one, but remember, it is no longer the Lowest-MIddle-Highest, now it is the PERMUTATIONS filter, there is a very good reason for the change.

The L-M-H filter doesn't represent any digit. It's the order of the draw, 411 is 311 with 4 being the highest. 234 would be 1-2-3, if it was 324, then it would be 2-1-3.

This is very interesting. I am going to backtest this today against IN midday and evening.

I want to make sure I am doing this correct:

Lowest = 1 and represents 0,1,2,3

Middle = 2 and represents 4,5,6

Highest = 3 and represents 7,8,9.

So if my number is 6-2-9 that gets changed to 213. This would pull out any numbers that that start with 4, 5 or 6 with a middle digit of 0, 1, 2, or 3 and in the third position anything with 7, 8 or 9. So, you plug those into a permutation... [ More ]

Check this out ..... just used the SHORT Sum Tool page of Lotsoft

Put in deep 6 filter......and used only a 1 year time filter...... Punched in only the digit 3 key number and got these. FAST !

The reduction is done with LP deflate of course. Not bad huh? Key numbers are killers with straight reduction.

Everyone needs a reason to use a filter ....... we have to use filters to get these 1000 straights down to a playable amount.

The other way that I have been using LDR, Short Sums, etc... is to take the last draw LDR, adding 1 to the last LDR for my second number and for the third is to take the mirror of the second.

So, for example:

if the last draw was 002 my first number would be LDR 2. Add 1 to the LDR to get 3 for my second number and the mirror of that - 8 for my third number.

So my LDR filter would be 1, 3 and 8.

This way only pulls out 300 combinations so it really should be used with addit... [ More ]

By the way, it does not matter how a filter or pattern is named only how it is used, to me Short Sums is just as good as LDR or whatever else.

It is all in the person or lottery program, some patterns have 3, 5 or more names.

Sums' Last Digit or Last Digit of the Sum, Short Sums, LDRs or what-ever, it is all the same to me, it is a very nice filter regardless.

i don't wanna spoil things, but using the last 6 shortsums to filter out, one should have done more backtesting.

I'll take one example that my eye cought by just taking a fast look.

Between 06-14-2009 and 06-30-2009 the Shortsum 7 came in 8 times, in GA eve.

This means one would be losing 15 draws in a row.

If you go to the tabsheet Show me statistics... in the software, and click the item LRD (hits skips) in the list, you will see immediately that Shortsums have some unpredic... [ More ]

The2 digit Strings ? Some one help me out here with some old topic pages. LOL

If you see either of 2 digits keeps appearing in each draw.... everyday for several days... then you might say that it comes from that group of numbers that contain at least one or both of those digits.

For example.... for many days both the EVE and Midday draws contained either a digit 5,,,or 6. At some point that will end. Normally it goes back and forth. Heads or tails each day.

When you say combined draws, I assume that you mean the draws that have occurred in the last 2 years? And (forgive me as I still consider myself a newb, only been at this since May or so) by 2 digit string do you mean a pair?

Try the deflate with the straights .....compress the straights down to boxes.

Ga midday today ..... I used the Combined draws and Short sums( They are Short Sums to me not LDRs) with very good results.

Combined last short sums were 653248 ....... usable short sums were ....0,1,7,9

The resulting draw this noon was .... 214 all low .....short sum 7

I had a little added luck today ..... using the combined draws ......a 2 digit string was 11 draws out using string 5,and 6

Interesting! I was just driving back from lunch and was thinking about how to apply this filter to boxed numbers.

I've done a little back-testing with this, and it appears that this would work pretty good for boxed play, filtering out the last 6 LDR's as described, plus additional filtering. Using the requirement that at least one number must carry over from the previous draw, and filtering out the last drawn patterns of mostly even/mostly odd , mostly high/mostly low , and mostly in/mostly out . SLD0=Sum 00 10 20

SLD1=Sum 01 11 21

SLD2=Sum 02 12 22

Using this as an example. The next thing is to get the Free Pick 3 Wheeling Engine from Paurth, pick Positional and choose all digits for all columns. Click on exclude Triples and then click on exclude LDR's 7, 3, 2, 1, 0, 9.

Sure. Let's use the draws between 8/23 and 09/01 as an example.

The LDR for 9/1 is 7

The LDR for 8/31 is 3 so we now have 7 and 3

The LDR for 8/30 is 2 so we now have 7, 3 and 2

The LDR for 8/29 is 2 but we already have a 2 so we subtract 1 from that giving us a 1 so we now have 7, 3, 2, and 1

The LDR for 8/28 is 0 so we now have 7, 3, 2, 1, and 0

The LDR for 8/27 is 9 so we now ha... [ More ]

Take the current draw LDR (Last Digit Root) and previous fivedraw LDR's. Do not duplicate the numbers. If you run into the samenumber then reduce it by one. If the reduction causes a duplicationthen reduce it by one again. Do this until you have six different LDRnumbers. The 08/31/09 line below has an example of this. Insteadof 3220... it is 3210..

LotSoft Pro.

That is one great little piece of software. I got it for a steal! Ricky could / should charge a lot more for that program.

I like filtering with the last digit roots because each number is worth a hundred combinations.

If you want to put this workout into an Excel spreadsheet, all you have to do is copy down the last 6 to 10 draws, figure your LDRs for the draws and then put those into Ricky's free positional wheeler.

You got it down to 71 straight! Do you worry about the straight repeats over the last 2 years?

If you played those 71 at a buck a piece, you would have cleaned up with a $829 win. Just a couple of those a week would be great

Thanks for the idea. We can always use another good filter....and a good excuse to use it.

Used your 2,0,5,8,9,1 against the 1000 straights..... then..... filtered out everything that didn't contain at least one digit from last nights draw. Normally I filter doubles too .....and so I took what was left and went over to the Flast 7 tool......and filtered out all hit straights in the last 2 years ....around 700 draws

The number hit Straight tonight was 637.......

You have a very solid system for on-line play. Will backtest this for Fla Mid and see what kind of results, I get. I know that 90% of the time the last LDR doesn't repeat, the same as the digits in P1P2P3. I also know that the LDR doesn't repeat from the last 6 draws, 50% of the time, which makes it a very good 50/50 filter. Never thought about using it as a filter, until I saw your post. Thanks for sharing.
