It looks similar to a 3 if 4 of 10 digit pick-4 wheel I have that creates 18 combinations. In any pick-4 drawing where 4 different digits are drawn, at least one of the combos will match 3 digits. I also have a 2 if 3 of 10 digit pick-3 wheel that guarantees having one combo matching 2 digits with 10 combinations.

In your example, the digit 1 appears 9 times, 2 appears 9 times, 3 - 9 times, 4 - 4 times, 5 - 9 times, 6 - 9 times, 7 - 9 times, 8 - 2 times, 9 - 5 times, and 0 - appears 3 times.

The majic 17 is a program by Mike on 3/4 .com the program is okay its like any program sometimes it hits and sometime not I have the pick 4 and pick 3 and its not that good.

Are they a matix or just numbers that hit well..Now please before anyone gets impatient you will see from above

All that i know is that this person listed magic 17 for the 4 digit,and copied as is to here

I apoligize if this is someones system...So my question is how would i use them ?

I speculate that i can play as is because these numbers drawn the most??

Or is it a matrix please advise
