			<description><![CDATA[<p>Win D, I just saw this post that is soooooooooo true. I look at my chart if I don&#x27;t see anything, I walk away. I am right 99% of the time, so I have saved alot of money! I told my son that when I see a good one, that&#x27;s when I put in alot. I hit that triple 1 in Fla. my son hubby could not believe it. They asked how. Track em! I saw the signs for root sum 3 a triple 1 was waaaaaaaaay over due. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>The biggest filters are first digit filters.<br /><br />The second biggest fiters are pair filters.<br /><br />That might be one reason for VTracks to have good filtering power.<br /><br />But the more filtration that a filter can give, the more risky that it can be.<br /><br />If you filter out 5 digits per each straight position you are left with only 124 straight pick 3 numbers.<br /><br />If you filter out all the Mostly Low (Of course, including the All Low) Pick 3 numbers you are left with 500 straight numbers.<br /><br />Low Level filt... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/200035/1400704">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

My second guess is eliminating numbers that have already been drawn for some period in the past.<br /><br />The biggest filters I currently use are the ones that are connected to sums.<br /><br />OK WIN D -<br /><br />Don&#x27;t hold back!
