			<description><![CDATA[<p>So far it looks like not a single occurance of 999 or 9999 has ocurred ... in the Florida Lottery today (9/9/09) there wasn&#x27;t even a single 9 in either midday or evening Play 4 or Cash 3. Today was a very profitable day for lotteries.</p>]]></description>
