ok all my North Carolina friends,,,I would concentrate on row 12..you have 3 rows left...rows 3,8, and 12

row 12 has 3 different digits and will most likely not be last..NOW THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION..ok..and I base that on the fact that there are more 3 digit combos than doubles and therefore they run faster than doubles..just a suggestion on my part is all..good luck to all of you..

Hello Bdc4life...these list for pic 3 and pic 4 is 1. The Future and 2. A guide to help you..Because I can tell you with 100 % TRUTH that North Carolina IS GOING TO GIVE UP ALL 13 ROWS IN THE PIC 3 AND ALL 13 ROWS IN THE PIC 4..now having said that..next appropiate question is WHEN is she going to do that?..

well..the pic 3 should take anywhere from 13-75 days or so to run all 13 rows..with North Carolina like all other state lotteries PRETESTING their draws that changes up RANDOM...
