my theory is that the lottery pb trys to get everyone towards one set of numbers,hot,cold,etc.,then they put out balls in a different set,so no one wins 3 outa 5,except pennsylvania.

I've noticed the same thing too.

Looking for this next draw to be more on average with 3 to 4 balls coming from the last 9 draws.

It's because ballset 29 has been in play for the last 2 drawings, that ballset is one of the rarer ones. You should probably expect the pattern to go back to normal for the next drawing, they don't normally play that ballset three times in a row.

There are actually 4 different ballsets that they randomly pick from for each drawing.

You might call it that anything is entirely possible. The last couple of draws have pooled from cold numbers, just wait for those hot numbers.

I have been keeping track of the PB numbers the last 2 months or so and noticed patterns and certain numbers that appeared more often than what I feel is random . Suddenly, the past two drawings numbers not normally appearing, or even never appearing, are coming up. It looks like PB changed the balls on me. Grr....
