			<description><![CDATA[<p>I use a Play slip sometime to pick my own numbers for the NC Cash 5; since it s broken down into no more than 6 numbers why not keep a record of which 6 numbers in that row got hit the most. Like 19-24 was hit 9 times and two numbers in that row was hit twice, then 25-30 was hit 7 times and 31-36 was hit 10 times. So I will complete my playsilp with 2 numbers between 19-24 one number between 25-30 and 2 numbers from 31-36.
