			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think we may be talking about two different things here.<br /><br />What I am saying is that all things being equal it doesn&#x27;t matter in a geographic sense where you buy your ticket.<br /><br />You can better your odds any way you choose but it still doesn&#x27;t matter what state you buy the ticket in.<br /><br />States that sell more tickets will naturally have more winners but that doesn&#x27;t mean buying a ticket in that state gives you a better chance of winning.</p>]]></description>

I live in the western end of the state and the 1 jackpot prize in 18.4 draws in New York sure isn&#x27;t in the western end of this state. They are usually in the eastern end of the state. So would I travel to buy a winning ticket? I don&#x27;t think so. Because I feel if I am suppose to win the jackpot in one of the lottery games that I play, then it will happen sooner or later.
