Yes I can honestly say I have won using Gail Howards system 1123 I used it in Virginia and ways very lucky for my family.

I used my Life Numbers and her sysem to win. This was in the early 90s. If you are in East Tennessee you have it made, with North Carolina and Virginia next door.

Gail Howards pick 5 strategy is kind off interesting and I have used it to some limited success.

So far no Gail Howard fan has added anything to his thread, if any of them know something worth knowing then they are keeping it to themselves.

Personally, I don't think a book or program can help anyone more than they can help themselves by observing past drawings and using a little common sense.

I was wondering if anybody has had any luck employing the methods promoted in lottery books such as Gail Howards or others.

Can you recommend any based on your experience
