			<description><![CDATA[<p>Florida State Lottery made a mistake on there most recent game Tropical Riches. They posted not only the usual information, # of top prizes and odd, but also how many tickets were printed. So I tried to calculate the number of winning tickets per prize and over all number of winning tickets (using a formula provided in one of your forums). My math seems to work, except for the top prizes. They say their are 10 top prizes I calculate 5. Can anyone help me on this</p>]]></description>
